"The reason that ATS is a good place to work is the people. You feel welcomed from the first day you arrive. The staff are recognized by name and not just an employee number. The employees' ideals are listened to and the fact that there is an open door policy to the managers. If one of the staff needs a ride to work or even picked up from a bus stop or an appointment someone is always there to do it. When someone is hospitalized both sales and rentals join to send well wishes and support. Even to care enough to have taxis to pick up and take staff home for the company Christmas parties.  Even with two different branches everyone knows everyone and we form as one unit to help or socialize as one unit. "My first experience with Alberta Traffic Supply was when I was hired as a temporary replacement in the Accounting Department.  After 3 days of working I was asked to become full time employee.  Timing could not have been better as I had just become a single mom of two and desperately needed a job.
